Terms and Conditions a18bet: Platform Usage Rules

1 Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "a18bet" refers to the Sports Betting and online casino platform operated under the domain a18bet.best, including all its services, products, and features available to users in Brazil.
• "User" is any individual with a registered and active account on the a18bet, residing in Brazil and aged 18 or older.
• "Account" is the individual profile created by the User upon completing and verifying the registration process on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in the User's account, including deposited real balance and bonus balance, where applicable.
• "Bonus" are promotional credits granted by a18bet to the User in accordance with current promotions, subject to specific terms of use.
• "Services" cover live and pre-match Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, progressive jackpots, crash games, roulette, the VIP Program, and all other platform features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, using any of the Services, or simply browsing the platform of a18bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use the Services of a18bet, the User must:

• Be at least 18 years old — the a18bet does not provide services to minors under any circumstances.
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Not be included on any gambling self-exclusion list in Brazil.
• Not holding any other active account on the platform — each User is entitled to only an account on a18bet.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The a18bet reserves the right to request proof of identity and residence documents at any time. The verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory before withdrawals above certain amounts and may include: a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), CPF, proof of address, and a selfie with your document. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

The a18bet accepts the following deposit methods available to users in Brazil:

• Pix — the primary method, with instant credit 24 hours a day, including weekends and national public holidays.
• Boleto bancário — settlement within 1 to 3 business days after payment.
• Credit and debit card — major card brands accepted, subject to approval by the card issuer.
• TED bank transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and other institutions authorized by the Brazilian Central Bank.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — subject to availability and limits of the respective platforms.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The a18bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, the User's financial institution may apply its own charges. All deposits must be made from accounts held in the registered User's name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

The a18bet uses payment processing systems with 256-bit SSL encryption. No card data is stored directly on our servers — processing is handled by PCI-DSS certified intermediaries.

4 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal at the a18bet, the User must have a verified account (KYC completed) and the available real balance must be equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 30.00. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — except in cases authorized by support.

Processing times

• Pix: withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes after approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• TED transfer: processed on business days, within standard Brazilian banking hours.
• Boleto bancário: not available for withdrawals — deposits only.
• Credit card: card reversals may take 5 to 10 business days depending on the card issuer.

The a18bet does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals. The amount requested is the amount credited to the User's account. For withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, additional documentation may be required in accordance with compliance and anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9.613/1998).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The a18bet offers bonuses and periodic promotions, including a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, capped at R$ 500.00 in bonus funds. Each promotion has its own specific terms — the rollover, validity period, and eligible markets are defined individually for each offer and communicated at the time the bonus is granted.

• Each User is entitled to one welcome bonus only, linked to the registered CPF.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may not be withdrawn before the applicable rollover conditions have been met.
• Bonus balance is used only after real balance is exhausted on bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Voided, canceled, or bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold may not count toward the bonus rollover.
• The a18bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses upon detection of abusive use, multiple account creation, or bets that constitute arbitrage.
• The weekly VIP Program cashback is credited as available balance, subject to the specific conditions described in section 8 of these Terms.

Bonus promotions are valid for Sports Betting (Brasileirão, Libertadores, Copa do Brasil, and other competitions) and casino games, as specified in each offer. The a18bet may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice through the appropriate communication channel.

6 Sports Betting

Sports bets placed on a18bet follow these general rules:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and may change at any time before the bet is confirmed.
• A bet is considered valid only after confirmation with the bet receipt generated by the system.
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays — the a18bet is not responsible for discrepancies between the actual game state and what is displayed on the platform at the time of the bet.
• Cash Out (early settlement) is available on selected bets and subject to market availability. The Cash Out value is determined by the system in real time.
• If an event is canceled, the bet is voided and the amount is returned to the User's balance.
• For parlay bets, the cancellation of one selection results in the ticket being recalculated with the remaining selections.

Markets & Coverage

The a18bet covers all 380 matches of the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Brazilian state championships, and the major international tournaments. Markets for volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, and e-sports are also available. The number of markets per event varies depending on the competition and the level of live broadcast coverage.

The a18bet reserves the right to limit bets, adjust odds, or cancel bets in cases of detected irregularities, obvious pricing errors, or violations of the rules set out in this section.

7 Live Casino, Slots, and Other Games

The casino games available on a18bet — including live tables for blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and poker, slots with and without progressive jackpots, crash games, and other titles — are provided by software providers certified by independent auditing laboratories. All results are generated by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, ensuring randomness and fairness.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed on the title's panel before the session begins.
• Technical failures during a game session will be investigated by a18bet based on server records — in the event of a disconnection, the round state is recovered from the server logs.
• Bets placed with bonus balance on casino games may have a different contribution rate toward the rollover — please refer to the specific bonus terms.
• Progressive jackpots are funded by a fraction of every bet placed on the game and are paid out according to the provider's rules. The minimum eligible bet amount to participate in the progressive jackpot is shown on each slot's panel.

The a18bet is not liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or infrastructure failures on the part of game providers. In all cases, bets in progress are settled according to server records at the time of the interruption.

8 VIP Program

The VIP Program of the a18bet consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progression criteria based on monthly real-money betting volume. Enrollment is automatic for all Users with an active account.

• VIP tier is reassessed monthly based on betting volume over the previous 30 days.
• The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for the period and credited every Friday as available balance.
• Different game types may contribute differently to VIP volume — bets placed with bonus balance have reduced or zero contribution, as specified in the bonus terms.
• Benefits such as a dedicated account manager (Platinum and Diamond), exclusive tables (Gold and above), and higher limits take effect immediately upon tier promotion.
• The a18bet reserves the right to modify the criteria, benefits, and tier structure of the VIP Program with 15 days' prior notice to affected Users.

9 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The User agrees to use the platform of a18bet exclusively for personal entertainment purposes, on an individual and non-commercial basis. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, collect data, or abuse promotions.
• Placing bets with the intent to arbitrage odds across platforms or systematically exploit pricing errors.
• Using insider information, match-fixing, or any form of sports fraud to gain an advantage in betting.
• Attempting to launder money or using the platform for any illicit financial activity under Brazilian law.
• Sharing login credentials or using another User's account.
• Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, device, or IP address to abuse welcome bonuses or promotions.
• Making threats, harassing others, or using abusive language on any communication channel of the a18bet.

Detection of any prohibited behavior will trigger an investigation and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and, in serious cases, reporting to the relevant Brazilian authorities.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

The a18bet may suspend or close a User's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Self-exclusion request by the User.
• Detection of underage use.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months, following email notification.
• Legal or regulatory determination by the competent Brazilian authorities.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any available real balance will be returned after identity verification and standard withdrawal processing. Unused bonus balances are forfeited at the time of closure.

The a18bet may unilaterally close accounts suspected of fraud without prior notice, retaining funds until the investigation is complete.

11 Limitation of Liability

The a18bet offers its platform "as is", with reasonable efforts toward availability and security. The a18bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from sports bets or casino games played on the platform — sports betting and gambling carry inherent financial risk.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond the platform's control.
• Misinterpretation of betting rules by the User.
• Loss of account access due to a forgotten password or credentials compromised by the User.
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

The maximum liability of a18bet toward any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the User's account at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurs.

12 Responsible Gambling

The a18bet believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, never a source of income or a solution to financial problems. The platform offers the following responsible gambling tools:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit: the User may set maximum deposit limits in the account settings area.
• Session loss limit: lets you set a maximum loss amount before an automatic pause is triggered.
• Temporary self-exclusion: the User may self-exclude from the platform for periods of 7, 30, 90, or 180 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with a CPF-level block.
• Game reality: session time and betting volume notifications to help you stay in control.

13 Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

The processing of Users' personal data by a18bet is carried out in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Deposit and withdrawal processing.
• Operation of the Services and the VIP Program.
• Communication of promotions and news from a18bet (with opt-out option).
• Compliance with Brazilian legal and regulatory obligations.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. 14 Changes to Terms and Conditions

The a18bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users at least 15 days in advance through:

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account and request a withdrawal of your available balance before the new terms take effect.

15 Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes between the User and a18bet that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of a18bet in exercising any right provided under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
